Cancellation, Exchange & Return Policy

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.

Order Processing Time: All orders are made to order and will take a total of 3 - 14 days before you receive them.

1. Eligibility

  • We only accept returns or exchanges for defective items. All claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

2. Defective or Damaged Items 

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective:
  • Please contact us at support@ulapbedsheetus.com within 30 days Include a photo of the issue and your order number.

We’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost and cover return shipping after receiving the original item.

3. Wrong Size Ordered 

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. We recommend reviewing the size guide and measuring your mattress before placing an order.

4. Color Preferences

  • Due to hygiene and inventory standards, we do not offer returns or exchanges for color preferences.

  • Note: Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

5. Return Shipping & Processing Time 

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving our return instructions
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on: 

  • Used or washed items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional bundles
  • Free gifts or giveaway items
